There are two ways to get into this clinic.
As the PVCDS chapter representative, or you can be on the self-sponsored waitlist.
1. To be considered as the PVCDS representative:
Send an email to lynda@getmymail.org with a brief description of your horse,
your training program and what you would like to get out of the clinic. PVCDS will draw the name based on the PVCDS standing rules in March.
2. To be placed on the waitlist:
Drop off or mail a check to Lynda Palmer 31009 Rue Langlois Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 for $150 made payable to CDS.
Riders must also meet CDS eligibility rules: be members in good standing of CDS and be Adult Amateurs 22 years or older. The same rider cannot ride in two consecutive yearly clinics. The riders must be able to walk/trot/canter with proper diagonals and leads (Training Level minimally). The rider, to be eligible, must have a sound, fit and in good condition, familiar equine partner, presenting as a "horse/rider team". They must be actively riding demonstrated by current dressage lessons with their horse for the past 6 months. A borrowed or loaned horse just for the occasion is strongly discouraged. An application must be submitted.
The chapter representatives will be prioritized as follows:
